Scope
This policy explains how AD Pumpkin handles information. It applies to the iOS app only.
Summary

We don’t run ads or third-party trackers.

Your production data stays on your device and—if you turn on sync/sharing—in your iCloud via Apple CloudKit.

We don’t maintain our own copies of your in-app content on our servers.

Subscriptions are handled by Apple; we never see your payment details.
What we do not collect
We don’t collect or receive personal data from your use of the app on our own servers. We don’t collect IP addresses, page views, or precise location. We don’t sell or share personal data.
Data the app handles to work

On-device data: your entries (e.g., call sheets, names) are stored locally on your device.

Cloud (optional): if you enable Pro features, the app uses Apple CloudKit to sync/share via your iCloud account. Apple hosts and transmits that data as part of iCloud. We don’t run a separate backend; we don’t use it for advertising or profiling.
Diagnostics & crash reports (Apple)
If you opt in at the iOS level to share diagnostics with developers, Apple may provide us de-identified crash and performance data. We use it only to improve stability. You can change this in iOS Settings.
Payments
Purchases and subscriptions (including trials) are processed by Apple via StoreKit. We do not receive your full name, card, or billing details from Apple.
Tracking
We do not track you across apps or websites and we do not request App Tracking Transparency permission.
Age
AD Pumpkin is intended for users 16+. We don’t knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.
Your controls

You can keep everything local, or enable iCloud sync/sharing.

You can stop using iCloud features anytime in the app/iOS settings.

You can delete data in-app and/or from your iCloud account.
Retention & deletion

Local: remains until you delete the app data.

iCloud/CloudKit: remains in your iCloud until you remove it. We cannot access or delete your iCloud contents for you.

If you email us (e.g., for support), we’ll keep that correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request.
Security
Local and iCloud security are provided by Apple’s platform features. We don’t maintain separate servers holding your in-app content.
International processing
Apple may store/process iCloud data on servers outside your country, consistent with Apple’s policies. We don’t control Apple’s server locations.
Your rights

EEA/UK users (GDPR): you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of any personal data we hold (typically limited to support emails/diagnostics). Legal bases we rely on, where applicable: performance of contract (providing the app), legitimate interests (app operations, safety), and your consent (iOS diagnostics).

California users (CCPA/CPRA): you may have rights to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of “sale”/“sharing” of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information and do not use cross-context behavioral advertising.

Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the effective date and, for material changes, provide an in-app notice or other reasonable notice.
